DPH Properties is able to place tenants in both commercial and residential space at an astounding success rate. We use background checks and an in depth application process to vet all incoming tenants. In addition, our extensive commercial real estate background has given us the insights and connections to get great commercial tenants into our spaces. Our current tenant roster includes multiple restaurants and nationally known companies.

Grounds & Maintenance

We currently run a full time grounds and maintenance team that is busy on a daily basis. We charge a deeply discounted rate for our basic services (toilet work, mowing, doors, windows) and we have the connections to do large jobs at competitive prices and on a tight schedule. We pride ourselves in having a 24 hour turnaround on 90% of our jobs.

Administrative

Our 90 years of management mean that we have seen it all and we have no issue dealing with the ins and outs of the book side of the property management business. From leases to lawyers we have you covered. Evictions, paperwork, CRPs, compliance, DSI Inspections, code violations - we have you covered on all of it. Additionally, our owner portal gives the owner an inside view of everything that is happening so you can watch as we work our way through your issues one by one from the comfort of your cabin or the desk at your workplace.

Planning & Strategy

We are available to speak to you in regards to your investment and we will give you honest and straightforward advice. Property management is tough work so we won’t sugarcoat the details or give you excuses. Our goal is to make sure you cash flow and keep your property in great shape. We can help you in regards to location, development, capital infusion and cashing out. Our team is always looking for ways to move forward and we can help you do that as well.
